This is a program for people who are overweight or obese and desire to lose some weight in a healthy way. The diet plan is based on a low calorie low fat diet, custom made for each client and determined by the following factors: age, current weight, physical activity and medical history.

Weight gain:

This is a program for people who are underweight and would like to gain some mass in a healthy manner, in order to reach their optimal weight: by increasing their muscles and/or fat according to their bodies’ needs and deficiencies.

Weight maintenance:

This program is mainly for people who are already in their normal weight range and would like to maintain their figure whilst eating healthy, well balanced and tasty meals.

Children obesity:

Childhood obesity has more than tripled in the past 30 years. It has both immediate and long-term effects on the health and well-being of the child and therefore needs to be treated as early as possible. Overweight and obese children are put on a diet plan which will help them lose weight while including all the nutrients (Vitamins, Minerals, Fibers, Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat) their body and brain need for a healthy and optimal growth and cognitive development. Each child gets to custom make his own menu and to choose his own meals in order for the diet to feel more appealing, pleasurable and enjoyable rather than feeling like a punishment.

the quality and quantity of milk depends very much on the mother’s diet. Lactating women are put on a diet plan which will help them get the calories and nutrients needed in order to breastfeed while losing weight in a healthy way.

Sports nutrition:

The performance of competitive athletes or weight lifters is always affected by what they eat. People who work out regularly need to follow a specific sports regimen, tailor made for them, with the right amounts of carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and fluids in order to fuel the body properly during exercise.

Special Therapeutic programs:


Patients with high blood levels of Cholesterol (especially LDL Cholesterol) benefit from a diet plan low in Calories, (in case of overweight or obesity) Cholesterol and Saturated fat and high in Soluble Fibers.


Patients with high blood levels of Triglyceride benefit from a low fat, low sugar (and low Calorie in case of overweight or obesity) diet in order to control their triglyceride levels.

Diabetes (Type 1 or Type 2):

Diabetic patients need to follow a diet plan based on precise proportions of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in order to control their glucose levels. Their dietary regimen is individualized and it is based on the type of diabetes, on whether they take insulin shots or not, on the weight and on the current blood glucose levels.


Hypertensive patients need to follow a low sodium, low fat (and low Calorie in case of overweight or obesity) diet which is at the same time rich in potassium, calcium and magnesium in order to effectively lower their blood pressure.


This program is for people who have iron or Vitamin B9 or B12 deficiency, and it is mainly based on foods that are rich in iron, Vitamins B9 and B12 and foods which will enhance the bioavailability and absorption of the iron.

Renal Diseases:

Patients with kidney problems need to maintain a balance of electrolytes by eating specific amounts of protein, salt, potassium and phosphorus, which is why this program will help them achieve an optimum balance in order to alleviate their renal disease.

Celiac Disease or Gluten Intolerance:

This program is for people who have a reaction or sensitivity to the protein composite called Gluten. Celiac disease can be managed by sticking to a strict gluten free diet. A person with Gluten Intolerance can still enjoy a varied diet and indulge with all kinds of dishes and sweets without having to compromise their health.
